Welcome to this page for help with brain fog.

Brain fog is described as ‘feeling that your mental focus and thinking speed and clarity just aren’t as good as you’d expect them to be’. It can show up in many ways including finding that it’s taking much longer than usual to finish a simple task, becoming forgetful and distracted and that you just can’t think through things clearly. It can be caused by a range of issues including, exhaustion, stress, food intolerances, poor sleep, dehydration, hormonal cycles and menopause, too much alcohol and some medications. It can be common after recovering from some serious illnesses, such as cancer and covid, so these areas have been the focus of our recent research.
