can't download a file or have downloaded it and can't read it?

Solution.

The problem is most likely to be that you don't have a version (or a new enough one)of Adobe Acrobat reader.

It's free and means you can view and download large documents quicker than if they were Word files.

Most of the files for the course are in this format, so please get your copy of it now.

Need help signing up for the ECHM yahoo group

did you
1) sign up to 'Yahoo groups' successfully..an email will have arrived congratulating you on a successful sign up- if not go to http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/and complete the signing in process
2) if you did, sign in to http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/using your user name and password
3) see the Join a group section..use the search box to find the echm group, by typing in ECHM
4) click join the group
5) wait for an email to come your way from the moderator to confirm your membership
6) now you will be able to access everything on the group site, by signing in at http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/
